This policy explains how SkyTour GPS (“SkyTour GPS”) handles personal and business contact data submitted through this export website. We operate a B2B inquiry site for RFQ, sample, and OEM/ODM requests — not an online store.

When you submit an RFQ or contact form we may collect: name, work email, company, country, product SKU, estimated quantity, and technical notes. 3. Purpose and legal basis
We use this information to reply to quotations, dispatch evaluation samples, support OEM/ODM engineering, and maintain the commercial relationship you request. Processing is based on pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest in answering B2B inquiries.
4. Sharing
Leads are stored in our CMS and emailed to the FAE / export desk. We do not sell personal data. Hosting, email, and CMS processors may process data solely to deliver those services.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are kept for the quotation and after-sales period, then deleted or archived according to export-record requirements. You may request deletion of unused leads at export@skytourgps.com.
6. Cookies and locale
We use an essential locale cookie so the site can remember English, 中文, Español, or Deutsch. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking pixels on this storefront.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your inquiry data, and object to further marketing follow-up, by emailing export@skytourgps.com. Visitors in the EEA/UK may also contact their local supervisory authority.
